Shipping Policy

GotoDirect is California base e-Store and liable to collect sales tax as per law unless the consumer provides a genuine and valid tax exemption certificate for the acquired product. Before the product is supplied, consumers should submit information about the certificate.

Shipping Times

After the orders are placed, the items are dispatched within the next 24 hours. Our key delivery partners, FedEx and USPS, commence shipments from our warehouses in the United States, the European Union, Asia, and the Middle East.

Shipping Services And Their Respective Cut-Off Times:

Free Ground – Free ground deliveries take 3-7 business days (US ONLY). The Ground orders are shipped through our primary shipping partners; FedEx and USPS, varying on the location. (Except for Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska). 3 PM Central Time is the cut-off time.

FedEx 2-Day – FedEx 2-day delivery service is only for the US. 3 PM Central Time is the cut-off time.

Standard Overnight – Deliveries in a single business day are only US exclusive. 3 PM Central Time is the cut-off time. FedEx Standard Overnight

Priority Overnight – Deliveries in a single business day are only US exclusive. 3 PM Central Time is the cut-off time. Deliveries overnight start by 10:30 am the following day. FedEx P1 Overnight service varies on location.

International Shipping – All international orders are shipped using FedEx International Economy shipping method. 3 PM Central Time is the cut-off time.

Canada/Puerto Rico – All Canada/PR orders are shipped using the FedEx International Economy shipping method. 3 PM Central Time is the cut-off time.

Saturday – Saturday deliveries will only be possible if the order is placed on Friday (US ONLY). 12 PM Central Time is the cut-off time. FedEx Saturday Delivery shipping method is used for Saturday Deliveries.

Saturday – Shipment will get delivered on Saturday (If the order is placed on Friday)

Next-Day AM – Shipment will get delivered by 10:00 AM onwards

Next Day – Shipment will get deliver the next business day

2-Day – Shipment will be delivered in 2 days

3-Day – Shipment will be delivered in 3 days

* Free Ground is only free it the product weighs less than 10lbs and is bound to ship in the US only. Depending on the location and delivery area, the shipment can take anywhere from 1 to 7 working days.
